For G69T
engineering and construction was used a Cad-Cam software, a modular
system for CNC tool machine. Using it is possible create complex
manufactures. The main 4 steps to obtain a single manufactured part are:
1-
PARTPROGRAM
A
Partprogram defines, using specifical instructions, geometry and technology of
the part to work. These instructions are really a program language.
2-
PROCESSOR
The
Processor translates the Partprogram instructions, controls syntax, defines and
generates tool ways.
3-
SIMULATOR
The
Simulator is an important Cad-Cam section, permitting the tool way
visualization, controlling the exact working executions (often with more tools)
and watching for possible toll-piece collisions. Great simulation importance is
verifying the right raw material removal. The simulated tool way will be
accurately reproduced during the CNC tool machine working.
4-
POST-PROCESSOR
The
Partprogram language is translate from the Post-Processor; it generates the file
containing tool machine CNC instruction. The file is transferred to the tool
machine control unit, that understands it and works to make up the programmed
manufactures. |
